Christine Clemmesen works with photography and the materiality of the print. 4×5″ negatives, Polaroids and their extracted negatives, digital photography and A3 flat-bed scannings are all part of her work. The various methods offer different views into the world of representation. Just like the cast glass, silk and marble she prints on present the image as an object in the world, with which to engage with in its place of presentation.

The images bring combinations of photographic methods, materials and space into associative interaction.
